The race was virtual!

We weren't together but we are still a community

The 2020 WFEE Town Day Road Race was a lot smaller, a lot longer (it lasted 10 days!) and a lot more casual. We picked winners from a hat, didn't really worry how many people signed up as a family unit and didn't shut down Winchesters for several hours.

But many of you turned out to  support our schools by walking or running, going 2.5 or 5 miles. Sounds like everyone stayed safe and fun. Our educators and students say "THANK YOU!" You raised $4,000 for grants for the 2020-2021 school year. Even more importantly, you showed everyone you care deeply about Winchester Public Schools.

Now for the Race winners, in no order as they were picked randomly: Nancy Hsu-Law, Denise Goluboff, Nikki Lush, Mariana Bormann, Joran Lawrence, Karen Ossen, John Dupuis, Ruth Ann de Redon, Robin Shevland and Caroline McGowan.

Everyone wins when we support our schools. Some of WFEE's biggest supporters throughout the year are small businesses like Don Foote Construction, Carole Kitchen and Bath, Waterfield Sotheby's International Realty, Winchester Savings Bank and Winchester Cooperative Bank.

Now is the time to support our sponsors!

A special shout out to the 2020 Platinum Sponsor of the Race, Don Foote Contracting!
We are very happy to have returning Sponsor Carolyn Nolan of The Nolan Group  on board again for this Race. We also welcome to our newest sponsor Chieftain Construction & Development
